摘要: We demonstrate that it is possible to create surface-conductive fiber optics, upon which may be electropolymerized a biotinylated polypyrrole thin film, then used affinity coat the with molecular recognition probes. This fiber-optic electroconductive surface modification done by deposition of layer indium tin oxide. Thereafter, biotin−pyrrole monomers are onto conductive metal oxide and exposed avidin. Avidin−biotin interactions were modify optics biotin-conjugated cholera toxin B subunit molecules, for construction an immunosensor detect antitoxin antibodies. The biosensor was tested sensitivity, nonspecificity, overall practicality.
