摘要: Autonomic innervation of rabbit salivary glands was demonstrated by modifications the methods Falck for catecholamines and Koelle localization cholinesterase activity. To avoid diminish artifacts, tissues were rapidly frozen, cut in a cryostat, freeze-dried under vacuum. Catecholamine fluorescence activity found serous parotid mainly mucous submandibular gland, strongly indicating that both are innervated sympathetic parasympathetic fibers. In ground plexus apparently forms denser network than seen gland. fluorescence, nerves, is to be closely related most acini, blood vessels glands, some ducts Cholinesterase activity, signaling presence fibers, observed around many ducts, glands. A theory presented autonomic influences state intracellular colloids, water, electrolytes during secretion.
