Anatomy and Histochemistry of Araticum (Annona crassiflora Mart.) on Three Annonaceae Rootstocks

摘要: The cultivation knowledge about the Cerrado native fruits is incipient. These plants are found in wild conditions and its obtained through extraction, as case of araticum (Annona crassiflora Mart.), which a species with great economic potential. This plant propagation by grafting, among other methods, has proved problematic. Possible incompatibility causes were investigated using histochemical anatomical studies. Transverse longitudinal stems sections analyzed in the araticum grafting area on rootstocks of araticum-de-terra-fria emarginata (Schltdl.) H. Rainer “Terra-fria”), biriba mucosa (Jacq.) Baill), soursop muricata L.). Araticum graft survival rate was low these rootstocks, seems to be associated anatomical factors. periderm pith are more developed than plants, affects the alignment juxtaposition cambium vascular bundles graft area, hindering successful graft. reactions for phenolic compounds detection very strong cortical parenchyma, xylem fibers (A. crassiflora). The presence phenolic compounds increased depending cut for grafting formation evidenced an important limiting factor grafting. It recommended practices for reducing larger diameter graft, mean to overcome difficulties.
