摘要: We have utilized a biologic reaction (vasodilation) to measure penetration through the epidermis of nicotinic acid and seven closely related derivatives. also determined partition coefficients absolute solubilities these substances in water ether. A correlation is shown between ease percutaneous absorption given compound relative compounds ether water.
