摘要: The aim of this study was to compare unenhanced MRI, MnDPDP-enhanced and spiral CT in the detection hepatic colorectal metastases. Forty-four patients with metastases were examined MRI contrast-enhanced CT. MR examination protocol included baseline T1-weighted spin-echo (SE), gradient-recalled-echo (GRE), T2-weighted fast-SE sequences; SE GRE sequences obtained 30–60 min after administration 0.5 µmol/kg (0.5 ml/kg) mangafodipir trisodium (MnDPDP). Images interpreted by three blinded readers. Findings at compared those intraoperative US, which used as term reference. Intraoperative US detected 128 In a lesion-by-lesion analysis, overall rate 71% (91 128) for CT, 72% (92 90% (115 MRI. more sensitive than either (p<0.0001) or (p=0.0007). patient-by-patient agreement gold standard higher (33 44 cases) (22 cases, p=0.0023) (21 p=0.0013). is superior
