摘要: In this study, the effects of tillage depth, forward speed and soil moisture content during cultivator operation on draft force, energy requirement, disturbance were investigated using five types cultivators. The experiments performed in factorial design based randomized complete block (RCBD) with three replications loamy sand soil. Different contents (factor A) from 5 to 16% for dry soils 17 35% wet soils, tractor B) at four levels 1.16, 1.61, 1.97, 3.82 km/hand working depth C) two 10 20 cm selected. analysis variance results showed that main significant. With increasing speed, blade width, significantly increased. As increased, amount force decreased. average maximum requirement are related crescent lowest ones a sweep blade. amounts km/h 296.702 N 0.03708 MJ conditions, respectively. 10–20 313.534 0.039204 MJ, respectively, values 189 0.019512 0–10 cm, highest mean value area obtained profiles was 254.62 cm2 conditions km/h, 199.6 1.16 km/h. observed C4 as 434.813 one 57.94 chisel L-shaped shank. created by cultivators 332.875 123.55 cm2. study can help designers manufacturers agricultural machinery effectively manufacture optimum requirements.
