Temperature ratios for measuring efficiency and for the control of driers

摘要: Various ratios based on the dry and wet bulb temperatures of drying exhaust air a crop drier have been considered by previous workers as measures performance. These were found to be unsatisfactory they take no account sensible heat in ambient air. A ratio has proposed which considers being effective for drying. The relationship between this three parameters, flow rate, temperature final average grain moisture content, is established experimentally chart showing these relationships given content developed. From chart, knowing rate temperature, it possible determine value at operation should terminated. Alternatively rates give high efficiency may selected.
