摘要: Abstract This paper proposes a Six Sigma based framework to deploy high product reliability commitment in distributed subcontractor manufacturing processes. The study aims expand the tools applications, where products are designed and developed under fast time-to-market requirement. deployment is driven by two incentives: customer satisfaction reduction of warranty cost. A closed-loop control mechanism created between upper lower streams identify remove early life failures occurred during initial system installation. cross-functional team formed implement for resolving critical arising stream. ultimate goal achieve shortest time when essential gaining market share. Finally, proposed demonstrated on designs drawn from semiconductor testing industry.
