摘要: Abstract Objectives: The objective of this study was to compare mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) with a psycho-educational control group designed be structurally equivalent the MBCT program but excluding claimed “active ingredient” (i.e., mindfulness meditation practice) for treatment patients major depression (MD). Design: This randomized controlled trial. Location: conducted at Institute Psychiatry, University Bologna, Italy. Subjects: Patients who had MD and did not achieve remission following least 8 weeks antidepressant were considered inclusion. Eligible subjects receive or psycho-education prospectively followed weeks. Outcome measures: severity assessed Hamilton Rating Scale Depression (HAMD).
