摘要: Abstract The thoracic ganglion is an important neuroendocrine organ in crabs. In order to isolate and clone differentially expressed genes the of mud crab, Scylla paramamosain, during ovarian maturation, a forward suppression subtractive hybridization cDNA library was constructed (crabs at maturation stage were used as ‘tester’ those early developmental ‘driver’). obtained from inserted into expression vector transferred Escherichia coli. A total 500 randomly selected clones sequenced 410 sequence tags (ESTs) obtained. fragment size 200 1500 bp. insertion rate up 82%. This confirmed successful construction library. ESTs recognized based on BLAST searches NCBI, clustered assembled, annotated finally categorized. Among 139 genes, 124 (89.2%) similar known while 15 ...
