摘要: ABSTRACT Hsu, L.-C. and Lee, C.-T., 2018. The current extent historical expansion of mangroves in the Kuantu Nature Reserve, North Taiwan. Kandelia candel (L.) Druce mangrove forest Taiwan, has experienced rapid since 1978. This study assesses by means aerial photograph interpretation. An analysis a time series photographs, covering period from 1978 to 2012, revealed major changes distribution relation geomorphic Reserve. results indicate that area-increasing rate was highest (2.27 ha/y) during 1986–94 period, meaning most encroachment into habitats Cyperus Phragmites saltmarshes. Based on Shannon diversity index t test, with Kandelia, landscape composition Reserve been dominated swamp Kandelia....
