摘要: Abstract Roller levelling is a complex forming process to minimize flatness imperfections and residual stresses by repeated of sheet. At the Institute for Metal Forming Machine Tools at University Hanover an analytic model being developed which analyses with sufficient precision in shorter time than possible finite element method (FEM). With this model, states multiple under bending conditions during can be investigated. The bend sheet metal are calculated. Additionally, forces acting on rollers determined. controlling system assures setting automatically.
