摘要: Waves occurring in cold-rolled plates or sheets can be divided into longitudinal and transverse waves. Classical leveling theories merely solve the problem of waves, while no well accepted method employed for In order to investigate essential deformation law with a 2.5-dimensional (2.5-D) analytical approach was proposed. this model, plate transversely some strips equal width; are considered state plane strain each group adjacent assumed compatible under stress. After calculation, bending strip effect overall were obtained by comprehensive consideration various along width. Bending roller is main eliminate which widely industry, but on calculation unknown. According 2.5-D it found that, plates, neutral offsetting middle elongation contraction inner stress that effectively improve shape. Taking double side waves as an example, appropriate values model related different initial unevenness, applicable current on-line adjusting rolling industry.
