摘要: Abstract The superconducting transition was investigated in under-doped La2−xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) single crystals under anisotropic pressure. With decreasing x, the temperature Tc found to drop discontinuously from a finite value zero around xc≈0.05 tetragonal lattice of LSCO, while is well known decrease continuously and disappear at x≈0.06 orthorhombic phase ambient change LSCO across xc looks like first-order as electron-doped Nd2−xCexCuO4 shows vicinity x=0.14. In doped just above xc, superconductor–insulator also expected sample by compressing along c-axis. between magnetic insulating closely related in-plane resistivity or two-dimensional character electronic state.
