摘要: We theoretically examine plasmonic resonance excited between two close metallic grains embedded into a dielectric matrix. The sizes are assumed to be much less than the wavelength of electromagnetic wave in medium and grain’s separation is smaller sizes. A qualitative scheme developed that enables one estimate frequency value field enhancement inside gap. Our general arguments confirmed by rigorous analytic solution problem for simplest geometry—two identical spherical grains.
