摘要: The kinetics of expression the herpes simplex virus type 1-encoded major glycoprotein species gB, gC, gD, and gE on surfaces cells murine, simian, human origins were studied. Viable stained with monoclonal antibodies specific for each species, levels expressed determined by fluorescence flow cytometry. Differences observed in both individual depending upon origin host cells. Glycoprotein gC was early at high murine origins, but late relatively low simian In contrast, cells, not detectable until infectious cycle gB similar all investigated, whereas infection, appeared very postinfection. This approach has allowed a simple quantitative method comparing expression.
