摘要: Abstract Background Chemotherapy drugs have still the major disadvantage of non-specific cytotoxic effects. Although, new targeting genome tumor are already in market, doublet chemotherapy regimens remain cornerstone lung cancer treatment. Novel modalities administration under investigation such as; aerosol, intratumoral and intravascular. Materials methods In present study five drugs; paclitaxel, docetaxel, gemcitabine, carboplatin cisplatin were nebulized with three different jet nebulizers (Maxineb ® , Sunmist Invacare ) six residual cups at concentrations. The purpose was to identify “ideal” combination nebulizer-residual cup design-drug–drug loading for a future concept aerosol patients. Mastersizer 2000 used evaluate droplet mass median aerodynamic diameter. Results drug, nebulizer design greatly influences producing size ( p F  = 834.6,  = 10.42, Conclusion ideal would be Maxineb large (10 ml maximum capacity) 8 mls drug efficient pulmonary deposition docetaxel.
