摘要: Abstract Background Inhaled bronchodilators and corticosteroids have been used for decades with different production systems. Materials methods The following jet-nebulizers: (a) Invacare, (b) Sunmist, (c) Maxineb ultrasound nebulizers: GIMA, OMRON EASY NEB II were as jet-nebulizers residual cups volume filling, while the nebulizers fillings face mask versus inlet. Results Inhalation process detect significant differences between factors interactions considered, but each technique follows a specific pattern of magnitude effect. Thus inhaled mechanism ranks factor effects in decreasing order: cup > drug > nebulizer > loading (2, 3, 4 ml) also drug > residual cup > nebulizer (loading 8 ml). orders follows: nebulizer > drug > loading. In fact, varying micro environmental conditions created during performance devices both processes alternate significance allowing unique capacities. Conclusions PULMICORT, MAXINEB, design cup J loading 6 ml are best options process. Optimal combinations provided by FLIXOTIDE B MAXINEB J. incorporation large suggests one out six drugs, SUNMIST nebulizer D choices. Ultrasound informs other optimal conditions: ZYLOREN, 4 ml load MAXINEB × loading 4 ml.
