摘要: Fairness is a critical issue in the educational setting, and research unified view that professors need to be fair setting course policies procedures. However, many unanswered questions still remain as which specific classroom procedures students find or unfair. This study explores student perceptions of provide fairest treatment for all college class. In addition, we also investigate presence relationship between students’ locus control their policies. Data were provided by 254 undergraduate enrolled sections an introductory operations management information systems course. As initial, exploratory this area, eight common policy situations investigated. Although, not surprisingly, did agree on was any given situation, able identify those considered most students. The results can help develop improve fairness classroom.
