摘要: UNLABELLED Elevated serum concentration of cardiac troponin I (cTnl) is a highly sensitive and specific marker myocardial damage. Patients with chronic renal failure (crf) treated by hemodialysis often have increased cTnl level without evidence acute ischemia. In HD patients, elevated endothelin-1 (ET-1) angiotensin II been reported which may be associated ischemic heart disease. The aim the present study was to investigate possible association between level, ET-I, II, other markers structural changes myocardium assessed echocardiographic (ECHO) method. Fifty nine patients crf were studied. ECHO ECG examinations performed in all levels cTnl, (ET-1), evaluated. left ventricular mass (LVM) increased, 78% found concentric hypertrophy while 22% excentric found. 54 there no ST segment depression V4-V6 leads, less than 1 mm 5 patients. Arterial hypertension 44 (75%), systolic diastolic pressure significantly higher (p<0.05) control group. Increased 12.0% LVM normal concentration. There positive correlation levels, ET-1 RWT. IN CONCLUSION our findings suggest that reflect and/or ischemia indicate might these conditions.
