摘要: Summary In 2000, troponin assays were adopted as the test of choice for detection myocardial injury in man. This decision was made after extensive testing and followed a 60 year search biomarker damage with sufficient analytical sensitivity specificity. has led to proliferation use human medicine, each requiring validation before it could be available on open market use. The ever-more analytically sensitive standard reference material continues. adoption veterinary medicine shortly its development man, providing much-needed means detecting monitoring horses. However, application these tests exclusively involved designed clinically validated patients.
