摘要: Using data from 1,805 interns, residents, and fellows in Ontario, Canada, the authors report prevalence of symptoms measured by Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D). They found that proportion subjects scoring as depressed was somewhat higher than community studies. Women had depression scores men. The unmarried house staff with moderate or severe married staff. Considerable differences were specialty, most prevalent first year postgraduate training. These findings have implications those who direct medical training seek to alleviate unnecessary stress education experience.
