摘要: AbstractWhile there has been extensive research undertaken on the values which insiders attribute to landscape is a lack of literature looks at how planning professionals handle values. In this article, I develop framework for questioning are taken up in planning, with aim conceptualising what mean practice. This through addressing assessment, more specifically analysing character assessment (LCA) represents critical point framing Through synthesis examine underlying logic LCA documents. conclude that communicated these assessments tend be those ‘objective’ outside experts, predominantly based aesthetics and focusing physicality landscape. argue leads legitimacy approach.
