摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence participant sex, sexual orientation, infidelity expectations, and love on emotional responses infidelity. Participants (72 lesbian women, 114 heterosexual 53 gay men, 57 men) completed a demographic form, continuous emotion ratings in response hypothetical scenarios, Infidelity Expectations Questionnaire (IEQ), Triangular Love Scale. Sex, commitment intimacy among partners were significant predictors various Alternatively, passion expectations about partner's likelihood committing not reactions Across participants, elicited more distressing feelings than Group differences also found, with women responding stronger emotions heterosexuals rating as emotionally individuals.
