摘要: Abstract Starting from the Mayadas-Shatzkes equations for conductivity of a metal film, temperature coefficient resistivity and thermoelectric power polycrystalline semi-metal films were calculated. From data obtained various grain sizes D in range 200–2000 A, concentrations n electrons p holes, as well respective mobilities μ , determined without assuming = p. Good agreement was found between experimental results theoretical we proposed.
