摘要: Abstract We present a high-power measuring device adapted to CO 2 lasers. The sensor has high sensitivity and is stable inherently sturdy; it can measure power radiation up 100 W without an attenuator. main part of the metallic disk. Its puter circumference maintained at reference temperature, black coating, absorbing energy in infrared range, set its centre. Hence, radial temperature gradient occurs when absorber receives radiation. A thin-film thermopile deposited on surface disk measures resulting difference, which proportional absorbed power. For copper 1 mm thick, 0.300 m V −1 response time s 95% maximum signal.
