摘要: This paper describes research into concentration of total proteins and individual protein fractions in the blood serum Ross broiler chickens during fattening period. Blood for analysis was taken at 14th, 28th 42 nd days age by wing vein puncture. Concentration detected spectrophotometry. Electrophoresis on gelled cellulose-acetate tapes determined shares fractions: albumins, alpha 1-, 2-, beta 2- gamma globulins, their absolute concentrations were calculated from proteins. A statistically significant growth established experiment (P<0.0001). Changes did not always follow quantity serum. albumins show oscillations fattening, unlike 1-globulins, whose showed a increase 28 th day (P<0.0001), which then decreased considerably compared to (P<0.05). 2-globulins until comparison 14th (P<0.01). Fractions globulins all trial periods (from P<0.05 P<0.0001). The ratio decrease days, 14 given results are related role metabolism rapid may serve as part metabolic profile evaluation production patterns health condition fattening.
