摘要: We examined events associated with neuronal differentiation of neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y. Treatment nerve growth factor (NGF) and aphidicolin, an inhibitor DNA polymerases alpha delta, induces terminal SH-SY5Y cells. Following 3-4 days treatment NGF + the cells irreversibly ceased proliferation differentiated. There was a succession preceding differentiation. Down-regulation c-myc early event occurring after less than 1 day aphidicolin. Upregulation trkA low-affinity receptors (LNGFR) occurred 3 aphidicolin required both To test role TrkA in neuroblastic differentiation, we transfected TrkA-expression plasmid. In response to absence TrkA-transformant bearing control plasmid displayed only modest, reversible did not cease NGF. Hence, expression is upregulated during cells, overexpression enhances NGF-induced
