摘要: For safe and efficient progress in the development of chemicals for control insect pests it is essential to improve our understanding cellular molecular mechanisms action these compounds. Most insecticides are potent central nervous toxins (O’Brien, 1967; Corbett, 1974). A prerequisite identification sites a detailed knowledge normal function major cell types which constitute system. Recent advances neuro-anatomy, neurophysiology neurochemistry have led notion system as target organ insecticide within there several potential sites. In this chapter some fundamental aspects discussed order provide basis interpretation actions will be described later chapters.
