摘要: Abstract Several investigators have indicated an interest in binding heparin to polymers, because of the generally enhanced thrombo-resistance such materials. This report describes a technique for polyethylene (PE) film which involves radiation-induced grafting chloromethylstyrene (CMS) on PE, followed by quaternization with pyridine, then reaction sodium replace chloride ions anions. Extraction heparinized final product benzene, water, and 1.0 M aqueous solution produced no detectable removal from samples. A plot amount CMS grafted PE versus time was curved shape rather than linear, showing increase rate as length run increased.
