摘要: A new method of analysis has been devised for determining the developing laminar flow and corresponding pressure drop in entrance region tubes ducts. The is formulated a general manner which applies to ducts any cross section. Specific application made circular tube parallel‐plate channel, velocity distribution pressure‐drop results are compared with experimental data prior analyses. These comparisons lend strong support findings present analysis.
