摘要: Context Recommended daily physical activity accumulated in short intervals (e.g., Evidence acquisition PubMed, MEDLINE, and Google Scholar databases were searched August 2009 (updated search February July 2010) to identify relevant, peer-reviewed journal articles abstracts on school-, worksite-, faith-based interventions of short, structurally integrated breaks. synthesis The majority implemented bouts 10–15 minutes length. Schools the most common settings among 40 published included this review. rigor studies varied by setting, with more than 75% worksite versus 25% school utilizing RCT designs.
