摘要: The advent of the mobile Web and increasing demand for personalized contents arise need computationally expensive services, such as dynamic generation on-the- fly adaptation contents. Providing these services exacerbates performance issues that have to be addressed by underlying architecture. When are through geographically distributed systems with a large number nodes located on network edge, dispatching mechanism distributes requests among system becomes critical element. In this paper, we investigate how granularity re- quest may affect Through real prototype, compare mechanisms operating at various levels different workload scenarios. We demonstrate choice best request strongly depends characteristics in terms heterogeneity computational requirements. A coarse- grain is preferable only when similar all other instances skewed workloads, can consider more realistic, fine-grain augments control node load allows achieve better performance.
