This study investigates impact surgery with curative intent in and evaluates prognostic factors Methods: Two hundred sixty-seven patients were admitted surgical therapy. Sixty received form basis this analysis. Results: R0 (na 45) was a highly significant independent survival predictor (P , 0.001). All 5-year survivors 10) had tumour-free margins. Early T stage (Pa 0.017) differentiated 0.008) better outcome. Nodal spreading increased by local tumour extension lymphatic involvement decreased patient 0.018).
