摘要: Several reports claim that there is a risk laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) might worsen the prognosis of unsuspected gallbladder cancer. The aim this study was to evaluate whether surgical approach influence outcome in patients with incidental carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective done 28 who were diagnosed carcinoma had undergone for benign disease at our institution between 1999 and 2007. 20 (4 men 16 women, aged from 37 81 years) undergoing LC (group A) 8 (6 2 43 88 open (OC) B) GC.
