摘要: Many nearby main sequence stars are surrounded by cool dust radiating strongly in the far-IR. The characteristics of some prototype systems will be discussed. is understood to represent debris related planet formation, and known disk may dense analogs Kuiper Belt structure our outer solar system. ISO observing programs plan address questions regarding how common planetary material around normal its amount location depend on system age. These central an understanding place "Vega/β Pic" disks stellar evolution. Preliminary results from first year operation reported.
