摘要: Abstract Reversibly soluble polyelectrolytes, whose solubility in aqueous solutions is dependent on factors such as pH or ionic strength, may be used supports for enzymes affinity ligands. Their dual nature exploited to take advantage of the form during, examplw, enzymatic reactions, and insoluble during downstream processing operations enzyme product recovery.
