摘要: Application of atmospheric plasma could be used for wound healing, skin rejuvenation, and wrinkle treatment. The authors explored the feasibility microplasma irradiation (AMI) enhancement percutaneous absorption drugs as an alternative to hypodermic needles. Pig was a biological sample exposed AMI analyzed by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. A tape-stripping test (an evaluation method skin-barrier performance) also conducted compare with AMI. Transepidermal water loss measured compared without Results showed that surface modification stratum corneum (outermost layer) observed upon Small pores on were jet due collision charged particles. Percutaneous confirmed damage irradiation. Our data suggested dye pathways through samples related dynamic behavior intercellular lipid bilayers, suggesting enhance absorption.
