摘要: The introduction of a niobium oxide layer between fluorine-doped tin (FTO) and TiO2 electrodes is known to enhance the power conversion efficiency (η) dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Nb thin films were deposited on FTO glass substrates using RF magnetron sputtering. pastes then screen-printed onto films. multilayered structures annealed at 500 °C in muffle furnace assembled with Pt counter for DSSC performance evaluation. oxidized during calcination process, producing post-oxidized that increased solar-cell by about 15 % photocurrent density approximately 25 %.
