摘要: We numerically assess the light propagation and distribution characteristics of electromagnetic fields on nanopores formed in dielectric metal/dielectric membranes using a frequency-domain finite element method (3D full-wave field simulation). Results such studies were used to identify aluminum as an ideal material for use optically thick membranes. The comparison between SiN Al/SiN (with without submicron sized aperture) was experimentally shown verify effect metal layers fluorescence excitation. cut-off behavior with varying pore diameters investigated terms propagation, fields, attenuation characteristics.
