摘要: Purpose: This review has evaluated the effectiveness of physical activity in treatment and prevention Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: The available literature was reviewed through a computerized search (MEDLINE, 1966-2000) to classify studies examining influence on DM. Additional were ancestral searches from their bibliographies. Results: It is not possible at present time discern whether dose-response relationship exists between exercise volume or intensity improvements glucose control Large-scale, prospective indicate that higher levels are clearly associated with lower incidence However, no randomized controlled trials have been conducted address effect prevention. Conclusion: uncertain there improved There does appear be, however, limited amount evidence suggesting increasing contribute better Clearly, additional needed determine
