摘要: Abstract Using quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS), the residual gases in ultra-high vacuum system used for photocathodes activation are detected. The adsorption of Cs atom and molecules on Ga0.5Al0.5As β2 (2 × 4) surface investigated by density functional theory. Results show that lowers work function while enhance function. changes caused electron offsets between adsorbates surface. improves absorption properties harm properties.
