摘要: Telomerase activity and the expression of telomerase subunits (for example, reverse transcriptase associated protein 1 RNA component) peripheral white blood cells were detected in patients with acute myelogenous leukaemia (AML) correlation between was observed. In 94 from 18 healthy volunteers 76 AML, including 31 AML at initial presentation, 24 relapse 21 complete remission, mRNA or by PCR-ELISA RT-PCR respectively. The results showed that positive rate remission 74.1%, 79.2% 4.8% volunteers, presentation. 5.6%, 80.6%, 83.3% 9.5% component all samples 100%. It suggested up-regulation is correlated closely occurrence so may be used to estimate curative effect predict AML. Moreover, upregulation significantly.
