摘要: The dawn of democracy in 1994 brought hope to South Africans particularly those who had been previously disadvantaged as a result apartheid policies. This new was premised on vision creating people-centred society and better life for all expressed the Reconstruction Development Programme (RDP) whose goals were eliminate poverty inequalities decades apartheid.
