摘要: Negative and positive symptoms were determined for 46 drug-free patients who met Research Diagnostic Criteria (RDC) and/or Feighner criteria schizophrenia. A modified version of the Scale Assessment Symptoms (SANS) was completed each patient based on items from Schedule Affective Disorders Schizophrenia (SADS) other scales. Positive scored SADS as well following four diagnostic systems: RDC, Schneider's first-rank symptoms, 12-point Flexible system, Langfeldt's poor prognosis For all patients, there no correlation negative defined by any system. Within paranoid undifferentiated subtypes, a symptoms. Patients moving stable to exacerbated states had an increase in both with history treatment response more than responsive state.
