摘要: Distinctions and dichotomies within the groups of schizophrenic disorders are as old concept schizophrenia itself. Some distinctions were made according to phenomenology, like classical distinction paranoid- hallucinatory, hebephrenic, catatonic, simplex forms. Other based on prognosis (benign/non-benign, process/non-process, deficit/non-deficit, good prognosis/poor prognosis, etc.). Others an assumed etiology, such reactive (psychogenic)/process schizophrenia, or organic/endogenous (Marneros Tsuang, 1991).
