摘要: Abstract A total of 148 patients fulfilling the DSM-III symptomatological criteria schizophrenia were classified according to Andreasen's positive, negative and mixed symptomatology. After excluding cases permanent hospitalization with monoepisodic course remaining 100 had a 458 episodes. Of these episodes, 213 identified as 134 111 mixed. During illness proportion episodes increased positive decreased. The great majority (76%) bimorphous course, i.e. one showing both types schizophrenic symptomatology, negative. Only 6% only 18% shift from type episode another is dependent on length illness. Stability was not greater later during than at beginning.
