摘要: Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid caused a shortening of roots and shoots when mature seeds Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench cv. BTx3197 were germinated on Murashige Skoog (MS) medium that contained 2,4-D. Shoot growth was restored with cytokinins. A callus formed at the nodal region, further differentiation which determined by ratio 2,4-D cytokinins in initial culture medium. high auxin to cytokinin promoted primarily root while multiple bud development. Isolated shoot apical meristem subtending node produced embryogenic low levels green buds cultured presence It is concluded cells potentially capable into roots, somatic embryos or axillary are present first region.
