摘要: A method of forming optical waveguide gratings, such as in-fibre is described. The gratings are formed optically, with a phase mask being scanned by writing laser beam to generate the grating pattern. and moved respect one another during process, vary properties along length grating. Relative movement in single direction provides change pitch, so can be used fabricate chirped or multi-wavelength gratings. Bi-directional dither alters strength grating, apodised
