摘要: SUMMARY The key property of confocal microscopes is their ability to produce three-dimensional images. This arises simply by the use a point detector. We discuss detectors, slit detector arrays and finite-sized detectors on strength optical sectioning when systems are operated in both fluorescence non-fluorescence modes. find that sharper case. also methods obtaining differential phase contrast information show it not possible obtain pure from simple microscope. However, scheme consisting two, suitably configured, can give with sectioning.
